Rock Island County Farm Bureau is proud to announce that it is seeking nominations for the first ever Hall of Fame award which will be presented to deserving individuals who made an impact on Rock Island County farming and agriculture.

The Hall of Fame Award was started as a way to recognize farmers in Rock Island County who have been an entrepreneur for the agricultural industry and to begin documenting history making efforts in the county.

The winner of the first-ever Hall of Fame will be held at the Harvest Gala event on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at the iWireless Center in Moline, Illinois.
