Scholarships will utilize the same forms (see below). The criteria
for each scholarship is available at the following link. To access
this information simply click on the link and agree to open it with
"Microsoft Word".
Criteria for Scholarships

The FORMS for these two scholarships
are now available in two forms.
1. As a "Microsoft
Word" document.
2. As a "FlashPaper"
document.
Quick instruction for both versions of the scholarship application are
available below.
To submit form using MICROSOFT
WORD:
1. Click on the first link above.
2. When the dialog box appears and asks how to open this link (it should
default to Microsoft Word)
simply click on the "open" button.
3. Now the Scholarship form should appear in Mircosoft Word format. Now
complete all 6 pages of this form.
4. When you have completed the application, you can print the hard copy
and send by regular mail or save the application
to your hard drive and email it as an attachment to: ricfbmember@qconline.com.
To submit form using FLASHPAPER:
1. 1. Click on the second link above.
2. Use the arrows at the top of each Flashpaper page to scroll through
all 6 pages of the Scholarship Form..
3. Use the printer icon at the top of each Flashpaper page to print out
each page.
4. Manually fill in the Scholarship Form pages.
5. Mail the completed Scholarship pages to:
